In the continuing effort to reorganize the St. Mary’s County
Sheriff’s Office to provide an efficient, productive and well
balanced organizational flow, an Administrative Division was added
to the Sheriff’s Office organization.
The objective of the Administrative Division is to maintain concise,
accurate and secure records; recruit and retain qualified personnel;
strengthen and refine professionalism; update and maintain agency equipment;
develop, implement and maintain the agency annual budget; and continue with
the CALEA accreditation process.
The sections and personnel that fall under
the direction of the Administrative Division
