Special Operations Division

The Special Operations Division strives to provide effective community-based law enforcement services to the citizens of St. Mary’s County. We are also responsible for ensuring agency personnel meet state mandated in-service training requirements, maintaining the agency's firearms, providing security for the Circuit Court, service of both criminal and civil process, and providing a well-trained K-9 unit.
