The Patrol Division provides 24/7 service to the residents, businesses, and visitors of St. Mary’s County through four squads, each led by a Lieutenant, two Sergeants, and a team of deputies. Their primary responsibilities include crime prevention, emergency response, traffic enforcement, and public assistance, ensuring safety and well-being throughout the community.
